2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 185 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 326, 304(B), 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is of torturing and killing his wife.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. At the time of alleged occurrence, he was not present in Bihar. He was working in Ahmedabad.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is alleged to have tortured and killed his wife. The petitioner was working in Ahmedabad and his employer has certified to this effect. The petitioner is in custody since 11.12.2023.
7. Considering the fact that the petitioner was not present in Bihar on the date of alleged occurrence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ-4th, Chapra in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 185 of 2020 , subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
