2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at the present stage itself.
3. In the present writ application, the petitioners have prayed for the grant of following reliefs:- (i) For the direction to the all respondent authority to conduct the selection process of Anganbari Sahayaka/Sevika of Centre of Bangre Ward No.4 Chandelpur as per the
Patna High Court CWJC No.13574 of 2025(2) dt.26-09-2025 2/3 present existing rule of Anganbari Sahayika/Sevika 2022.
(ii) For the direction to the all respondent authorities to not conduct the selection process by the old rule of Anganbari Sahayaka/Sevika 2017 as it is not in new existence on present time after coming the view rule of 2022 of Anganbari Sahayaka/Sevika appointment. rule (iii) For the direction to the all respondent authorities to give opportunity to fresh candidate also after inviting the fresh application for the selection of Anganbari Sahayaka/Sevika of Bangre Anganbari Sahayaka/Sevika.
(iv) For any other order/orders on the basis of facts and circumstances stated here-in-after the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for seeking the reliefs as claimed for in the present writ application, the petitioners are prepared to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Aurangabad (Respondent No. 3) and pray that if such a representation is filed, an appropriate direction be issued to the District Magistrate, Aurangabad (Respondent No. 3) to dispose of the said representation within a fixed time frame.

5. To this prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the Respondent-State does not have any objection.

Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Aurangabad (Respondent No. 3) within four weeks from today. If such a representation is filed within the stipulated time, the District Magistrate, Aurangabad (Respondent No. 3) is directed to dispose of the same on merit after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The entire exercise must be completed within a period of four months from the date of filing of the representation by the petitioners.
7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of. Pending Interlocutory Applications, if any, will stand disposed of. (Alok Kumar Sinha, J) Gaurav Sinha/- U
