1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The present application has been filed for restoration of Cr. App. (SJ) No. 877 of 2023, which was dismissed for default for non-compliance of the pre-emptory order dated 14.07.2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed requisite as per direction of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 26.07.2023, after expiry of five days.
