1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned APP for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and are in custody since 05.01.2024. It is next submitted that Ramnath Sah had approached this Court seeking regular bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 61734 of 2024 and the same was allowed by an order dated 11.12.2024 after considering the case on merits and in detail. It is further submitted that the case of the petitioners is also on a similar footing.

3. Learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62495 of 2024(2) dt.11-12-2024 2/2 appearing on behalf of the informant are not in a position to rebut the said submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and also taking into consideration the order dated 11.12.2024 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 61734 of 2024, the petitioners above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 02 of 2024.

5. It is made clear that if the learned Trial Court comes to a conclusion that petitioners after their release are trying to delay the trial in any manner in that event the learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners forthwith after recording reasons.
