The permission is granted.

It is further observed that if the petitioners surrender within the period of 15 days before the Court below seeking regular bail, the same may be considered on the same day, taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent and without being prejudiced to the fact that this application has been dismissed as withdrawn.
