In the present writ petition, a prayer was made by petitioners to direct the respondents to permit the petitioners for fishing of the pond for which settlement was made for the year 2009-2011.

Learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 5 as well as Sri Uday Chand Prasad, learned counsel for private respondents submits that in view of the fact that settlement was for the year 2009-11, the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, there is no need to pass any positive order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
