The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 227 of 2019 (Spl. Case No. 6222/19) for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 55 liters of country made illicit wine from the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, he is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 15.07.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on
