The victim was found in a hospital after institution of the present case and his statement under section 164 Cr.P.C was recorded. The victim stated that he took tea along with the petitioner and after 15 to 20 minutes of taking tea, he became senseless and when he regained consciousness, he found himself in hospital. The victim also stated that his rupees one lakh fifty thousand was found missing. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Gamharia P.S. Case no. 45/2014.
