The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Buxar (Mufasssil) P.S. Case No.50 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended that the petitioner has no concern with filling up of form of intermediate examination and no amount was taken by him in this regard from the informant. The petitioner is a poor and illiterate person. He has been implicated in the case due to enmity existing between the parties from before. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of
