JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuing of the writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the letter dated 19.09.2019, bearing letter no. 2680, whereby and whereunder the salary of the petitioner has been stopped till further order by issuing show cause notice against the petitioner.

(ii). For issuing of the writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent to pay arrears of salary of due since September, 2019, as well as to ensure that current salary is paid to the

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner has been inflicted with the punishment of dismissal from service, vide order dated 7.7.2023, passed by the Deputy General Manager-cum-Electrical Superintending Engineer, North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd., hence, the petitioner be granted liberty to avail such remedies as are available under the law for assailing the aforesaid order dated 7.7.2023. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
