The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 376, 511 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution allegation is that while the informant was carrying bundle of paddy, the petitioner took her in a ditch and made attempt to outrage her modesty. It is submitted that some dispute occurred due to carrying of paddy. The petitioner is in jail since 23.03.2015 i.e. the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three and a half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23574 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No. 281 of 2011.
