Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order 14.10.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26678 of 2020.

By order dated 05.01.2022 a report about the stage of trial has been called for from the court below which reveals that case is running for prosecution evidence.

Considering the nature of accusation, gravity of the offence and progress of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) BKS/- U T
