On 24.07.2018, three weeks time was granted for taking steps by the petitioner for filing requisites etc. for fresh service of notice to opposite party no. 2, including furnishing of correct, present and complete address. The same not being complied with, the matter was again placed before the Bench and by order dated 07.09.2018 the petitioner was again directed to comply with the order dated 24.07.2018 within one week. On 12.10.2018, again the matter was taken up and time was granted to comply with the order dated 44.07.2018 by way of last indulgence. Till date, the same has not been complied with.
