JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 20-02-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that this application has been filed for quashing of the first information report of Begusarai Mufassil P.S. Case No. 42 of 2013 dated 16.02.2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code but during pendency of the case, the police have submitted charge sheet and the Magistrate concerned has taken cognizance of the offence.

In view of the subsequent developments during pendency of the case, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to challenge the

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.775 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2 / 2 order taking cognizance before this Court in accordance with law.

Leave is granted.
