2. The petitioners before this Court were working on

Patna High Court CWJC No.16160 of 2024(2) dt.22-10-2024 2/3 different posts in the Rashtriya Sarvodaya Social Welfare Economic Development Saving and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd., on being found no way out after dissolution of the society approached this Court, seeking a direction upon the respondents to absorb the services of the petitioners under any of the offices of respondent State in the light of resolution no. 796 dated 02.02.2018, the copy of which is marked as Annexure P/4.

3. After some argument learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted at the Bar that identically situated persons have moved before this Court wherein the learned Court has disposed off the writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the Additional Chief Secretary cum Principal Secretary, Cooperative Department, Bihar, Patna for redressal of the aforesaid grievance.

4. Learned Advocate for the State submits that prima facie the writ petition is not maintainable in view of the fact that the petitioners were employees of the society which has already been dissolved. However, he is not in a position to confront that other similarly situated persons have been given liberty to approach before the concerned respondent.

5. In view of the aforesaid facts and considering he nature of the grievance, the present writ petition also stands

Patna High Court CWJC No.16160 of 2024(2) dt.22-10-2024 3/3 disposed off, in terms of the order dated 24.01.2024 passed in CWJC No. 16492 of 2021, with a liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate representation before the respondent no. 2 for redressal of their grievance.

6. The writ petition, accordingly stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
