2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with K. Hat (Madhubani) P.S Case No. 561 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 (later converted into 304B) of the I.P.C.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, the petitioner and the co-accused persons are tortured mentally and physically and thereafter committed murder of the victim for the demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner and his family member neither demanded any dowry nor tortured the deceased. Deceased committed suicide when petitioner was outside the house. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 09.06.2023 and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the petition.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the case diary, no any witness stated regarding demand of dowry or seen any involvement of the petitioner with the deceased at the place of occurrence. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
