Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of three weeks on resumption of physical mode. The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is to cause hindrance in discharging the public duties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XII, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 220 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
