====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Mr. Alok Kumar Sinha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the post of Panchayat Teacher (Urdu) for which the petitioner was earlier selected but no appointment letter was issued is still available and her appeal in this regard before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Gaya is pending and as such she may be granted liberty to pursue the remedy before the District Programme Officer(Establishment), Gaya.

Patna High Court CWJC No.23416 of 2012(3) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 Liberty to the above effect is granted.

The District Programme Officer (Estt.), Gaya shall see that if the post is still vacant and if the petitioner is eligible for appointment, the case of the petitioner may be considered in accordance with law.

Necessary decision on the claim of the petitioner may be taken by the respondent District Programme Officer (Estt.), Gaya within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
