The petitioners seek bail in Alauli P.S. Case No. 182 of 2012, corresponding to S.C. No. 197 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 354 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and different Sections of the S.C./S.T. Act. The petitioner were granted provisional anticipatory bail vide order dated 14.02.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5741 of 2013, thereafter the aforesaid bail petition was disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to surrender in the court below, but the petitioners concealed the truth and the order of rejection was not produced. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by the learned Additional Sessions Judge on 14.07.2014 and the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33091 of 2014 (3) dt.16-04-2015 2/2 petitioner has already remained in jail for about ten months. Considering the facts and nature of allegation, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 182 of 2012, corresponding to S.C. No. 197 of 2013.
