Learned AC to SC No. 25 at the very outset submits that in compliance with the order of the writ court the case of petitioner for grant of 2nd A.C.P. was considered and same has already been granted.
Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that 2nd A.C.P. has already been granted. However, he claims that petitioner is also entitled for 3rd A.C.P.
Patna High Court MJC No.4523 of 2013 (5) dt.30-01-2015 2/2 The Court is of the view that before the writ court the claim was for 2nd A.C.P. which is corroborated from the representation, which was filed by the petitioner i.e. Annexure - '2' to the present petition.
In view of the fact that the order of the writ court has already been complied, there is no need to keep the matter pending.
The petition stands disposed of.
