Though the matter is placed under the heading "For Orders on Office Notes" for removal of the defect, however, the learned Advocate for the State referring to the show-cause affidavit apprised to this Court that in compliance with the order of this Court dated 16.07.2025, the Director, Social Welfarecum-Vice Chairman, Child Protection Committee, Bihar, Patna after giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner has passed a reasoned and speaking order, taking into consideration

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner though refuted the contention and submitted that the order passed by the Director, Social Welfare-cum-Vice Chairman, Child Protection Committee, Bihar, Patna is not in spirit with the order of this Court dated 16.07.2025 and various aspects have not been looked into.

4. Be that as it may, in compliance with the order of this Court, a reasoned and speaking order has been passed and if the petitioner has still any grievance, he is at liberty to challenge the same.

5. The present contempt petition stands closed with the liberty aforesaid.
