The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 1.6.2012 passed by Shri S.C. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui, in Complaint Case No. 1142C of 2011 by which he has taken cognizance of the offences under Sections 323, 506, 384, 448 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Though, the present application has been preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the same is in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35893 of 2013 dt.11-08-2016 2/2 the nature of second revision which is barred under Section 397 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Even otherwise, I do not find any illegality in the impugned order passed by the Court below. Accordingly, the application, being devoid of merit, is dismissed.
