Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 56(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

As per prosecution case, 1433.64 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from truck of which petitioner is owner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the fact that huge quantity of liquor has been recovered from a truck of which petitioner is owner, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused with direction to surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59951 of 2022(2) dt.09-12-2022 2/2 and seek regular bail which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
