JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2018 This application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to opposite party No.2 vide order dated 21.2.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 7199 of 2017 on the ground that learned counsel for the petitioner had placed wrong fact before this Court as accused No.9 has not been granted anticipatory bail. However, learned counsel for the petitioner has conceded that other accused person had been granted anticipatory bail and other had been granted regular bail.
Heard learned APP and learned counsel for opposite party No.2. They have stated that one of the co-accused had been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.
Having heard both sides and in the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29904 of 2017 (6) dt.09-05-2018 2/2 circumstances, I find no merit in this application. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
