Mr.Murli Dhar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in registered for the offences punishable under section 363 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. He submits that in fact co-accused Ramesh Kumar Ram cheated him by making ransom demand from his mobile phone from the informant for release of his son. Petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated in paragraph 3 of the bail petition. Petitioner is in custody since 12.7.2021.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70570 of 2021(3) dt.26-04-2022 2/2 bail and submits that the petitioner's mobile phone was used in making ransom demand and informant's son is still traceless. Considering the nature of accusation and materials available on the records against the petitioner, his prayer for bail is refused.
