JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-03-2015 The present contempt application is filed asserting non-compliance of order dated 15.04.2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13469 of 2007 whereunder the aforesaid writ application of the petitioner was disposed of with direction to the respondents including the Principal Secretary and the Director to immediately revise the pay scale of the petitioner from the date of the revision of the central pay scale i.e. 01.04.1997 and to ensure that the petitioner is paid the difference of salary for the entire period within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Learned A.C. to G.P. 24 submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. The same has been informed by
Patna High Court MJC No.4489 of 2013 dt.13-03-2015 2/2 opposite party no.3, Director, Administration)-cum-Joint Secretary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna vide order no. 234 dated 03.02.2015 with information to the petitioner. The difference of pay amount, which accrued due to shifting of his pay scale from 55009000/- to 8000-13500/- amounting to Rs. 11,63,369.00 has been paid to the petitioner depositing in his S.B.I A/c No. 10113726087. Since the order under contempt has been complied by the concerned opposite party, hence no further action is required to be taken. Accordingly, this contempt application is disposed of.
