Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected trice - firstly vide order dated 17.5.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.11986 of 2018 and secondly vide order dated 23.1.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.11986 of 2018. There is allegation of firing on the deceased causing his death. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there was observation to conclude the trial within a period of nine months, even further extension has been given but still trial has not been concluded. Petitioner is in custody for more than two years.

On the other hand the learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail stating that the case is

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and considering the above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the order and it is needless to say that both the parties have to co-operate in the disposal of the same. Accordingly, this application is dismissed with above direction.
