2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the order dated 10.11.1998 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9329 of 1998 has not been complied and the husband of the petitioner has died during the pendency of writ application.

3. For the reasons mentioned in the application, this application is allowed. The order dated 28.07.2022 in M.J.C. No. 3319 of 2014 is hereby recalled.
