Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to reconsider the case of the petitioner on the humane and sympathetic grounds which was observed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court at the time of deciding C.W.J.C. No. 15494 of 2019 dated 06.08.2019.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the petitioner has earlier moved before this Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C. No. 11608 of 2009 which

Thereafter, the petitioner has preferred civil review petition bearing Civil Review No. 46 of 2010 and the said civil review petition was disposed of vide order dated 16.03.2011. Counsel submits that thereafter, the petitioner has filed a contempt petition bearing M.J.C No. 2285 of 2012 which was dismissed vide order dated 06.08.2012. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed another writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No. 22262 of 2012 which was dismissed considering no merit, against which, L.P.A. No. 945 of 2014 was preferred, which was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 23.11.2016. Counsel submits that thereafter, the petitioner has filed another writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No.

15494 of 2019 which was disposed of as withdrawn vide order dated 06.08.2019 with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities for considering his case on humane and sympathetic grounds. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No. 13778 of 2025. Counsel, therefore, submits that in this background, appropriate order may be passed in accordance with law.

4. In response thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition.

5. Permission, as prayed for, is granted.

6. As such, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
