Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 414, 272, 273, 284/34 of the Indian Penal Code, sections 26 (ii), 4 (i) of Khadya Surakhsa Adhiniyam and sections 2, 3, 4 of the Binimay Act. Petitioner and others were caught by police while they were carrying band Panmasala and chewing tobacco but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having more or less similar allegation one co-accused Arvind Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.
Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bagaha, District Bettiah, West Champaran in Dhanaha P.S. Case no. 84/2016.
