Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is specific allegation against co-accused Rakesh Kumar. Further submission is that nothing has been alleged against the petitioner by the victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P.C. (Annexure-2).
