1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ application is being filed by the petitioner for removal of encroachment from the petitioner's private purchased land, appertaining to Khata No. 451, Khesra No. 93, 94, 94/3143, area 2 katha 2 dhur, which has been purchased through registered sale deed for construction of house, however, Respondent No.4, has started construction of Road on the aforesaid piece of land, which exclusively belongs to the petitioner."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8004 of 2015(3) dt.14-08-2024 2/2 Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Begusarai, for the purposes of demonstrating his right title and interest over the land in question by filing appropriate representation. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, by the petitioner, before the Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Begusarai, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
