In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 801C/2016 registered for offences under sections 109, 468, 420B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is an official of the Government of Bihar. An allegation has been made of wrong mutation of the land of the Informant which is completely a civil dispute related to revenue.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Ashok Singh, in the event of his
