The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.532 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner, by producing fake certificate of CTET, got appointed on the post of Block Teacher.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that the petitioner was not appointed on the said post on the basis of alleged forged certificate.

No.59738 of 2022(2) dt.09-01-2023 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.
