ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 27-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2019 in connection with Khushrupur P.S. Case No. 156 of 2018 (Special Case No. 6168 of 2018), registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered either from the house or from the possession of the petitioner and that he has been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. It has further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand)
