The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nagar PS Case No.225 of 2018 dated 21.4.2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(b)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
As per FIR four accused persons surrounded the deceased and made firing on him causing his death. So far this petitioner and other accused persons are concerned, there is allegation that one year prior they had taken Rs.15 lac for purchase of the land from the deceased.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no allegation of firing against the petitioner and other accused person against him also thee is allegation of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59086 of 2019(3) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 taking money has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 19.7.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.35440 of 2019.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Nagar P.S.Case No.225 of 2018. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
