The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Patepur P.S. Case No. 170 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted with Bhala upon the head of Pinki Devi which is reported to be simple in nature.

It is submitted that there is case and counter case. Present case is counter blast of Patepur PS Case No. 171 of 2021 which was lodged by co-accused Ranjan Sahani against the informant and his family members. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

No.71137 of 2021(2) dt.19-07-2022 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of injury, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No. 170 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
