The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rafiganj P.S. Case No.166 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The informant, S.H.O. of Rafiganj P.S. on information that Mister Mian and Tajuddin(the petitioner) of village Kajichak, P.S. Rafiganj, District Aurangabad brought a big consignment of liquor on a truck and had kept inside the premises of Tajuddin and on such a raid was conducted and huge quantity i.e. 8583.40 liters of different brands of Whiskey was recovered from the room of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant himself stated in the F.I.R. that Tajuddin was living outside and the key of the house is kept with Mister Mian but it

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
