The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 396, 201, 120B and 4123 of the Indian Penal Code.
On recovery of dead body of two persons from a sugarcane field, the FIR was registered against unknown by the informant being Chaukidar of village Harpur in the district of East Champaran. It appears from the impugned order that the chargesheet was submitted against the petitioner under sections 396, 201, 120B and 412 of the Indian Penal Code declaring the petitioner as absconder.
In above view of the matter, let the learned Court below
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25318 of 2015 (2) dt.13-07-2015 2/2 consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No.156 of 2011, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
