The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sidhwalia P.S.Case No.254/18 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 112 ltrs. of liquor from the Bolero vehicle of the petitioner. He is accuse din one more case.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent and he is in custody for about four months. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.59137 of 2019(3) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge,Excise, Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwalia P.S.case No.254 of 2018 dated 14.12.2018. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
