2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation before the respondent no. 4 (The District Program Officer (Establishment), Nawada) but till date no order has been passed by the respondent no. 4.
3. Considering the above-mentioned facts, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 4 along with all supporting documents within a
Patna High Court CWJC No.20666 of 2021(5) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 period of two weeks and the respondent no. 4 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through his counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within six weeks thereafter.
4. It is made clear that the respondent no. 4 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
