The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 251 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section-387 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that the petitioner is agnate of the informant and there is land dispute between the parties, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case
