2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for a direction to the District Magistrate Gaya and other respondents to comply their own orders as regards removal of encroachment done in Ghugharitand Area by Private respondent no. 6 who has blocked the Government Road by erecting illegal construction and for any other order/ orders

Patna High Court CWJC No.11249 of 2016(7) dt.20-11-2025 2/2 may be passed in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous and as such he may be permitted to withdraw the petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
