ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 01.07.2019 in connection with S. Kamal P.S. Case No.286 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's name has surfaced in the confessional statement made before the police by one Dharmendra Kumar, which has no evidentiary value. It is further submitted that the said Dharmendra Kumar has since been extended the privilege of bail and there has been no recovery from the petitioner nor has he been placed on T.I. Parade. It is further submitted that

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with S.
