JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of writ in the appropriate nature for quashing of the order dated 17.11.2020 issued under the signature of the Respondent No. 2 whereby and whereunder engagement of the petitioner to the post of City Urban Health Consultant has been cancelled with immediate effect without making payment of due remuneration and without considering the show cause as well as without giving opportunity of hearing on the show cause.

(ii). For further direction to the Respondent No. 1 to expedite the hearing of appeal filed against the

Patna High Court CWJC No.20669 of 2021(2) dt.29-03-2024 2/2 order dated 17.11.2020 which is still pending since long and no final order has been passed. (iii). For further direction to the Respondents authority to re-engage the petitioner on the post of City Urban Health Consultant and after giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. (iv). For further direction to the Respondents authority to pay the due salary of the petitioner of 47 days."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
