JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (I) For quashing part of office order contained in Memo no.168 dated 7.2.2020 issued by District Programme Officer, Vaishali whereby and whereunder petitioners contract as Mahila Supervision in Vaishali district has been terminated.

(II) For quashing the District Programme officer letter dated 19.9

Patna High Court CWJC No.20712 of 2021(2) dt.03-04-2024 2/3 2020 issued on direction of District Magistrate whereby he refused to interfere in order dated 7.2.2020.

(III) For quashing the order dated 01.11.2021 passed by the Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur whereby and whereunder Appeals No.39/2020 and 38/2020 have been dismissed.

(IV) For commanding the respondent to extend the contract of petitioners as Mahila Supervisions in Vaishali district and allow them to discharge duties.

(V) For commanding the respondents to make payment of arrear of salary to petitioner no.1 from March 2018 to February 2020 and petitioner no. 2 from July, 2017 to February, 2020."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
