====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 24-03-2017 Having considered the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant and after taking note of the fact that the Letters Patent Appeal filed by the State of Bihar through the Chief Secretary, Government of Bihar, Patna and other officials, including the Block Development Officer, was dismissed on 29.07.2011 vide order passed in LPA No.1786 of 2010.

In case, the direction issued by the learned Writ Court on 14.05.2010 in CWJC No.2606 of 2010 has not been complied, the respondents should now initiate the process of construction within a period of three months and thereafter ensure that the construction required is completed within a

Patna High Court MJC No.2916 of 2010 (3) dt.24-03-2017 2/2 period of one year thereafter.

With the aforesaid application, the application stands disposed of.
