Case diary has been received, which is taken on record. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nawada Town (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No. 182 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 448, 436, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation levelled in the prosecution version is general and omnibus and the same has not been supported by the informant in his re-statement Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact
