Learned counsel for the petitioner has approached this Court against the order passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Bhagalpur Division, Bhagalpur, in Revenue (Jamabandi Correction) Revision Case No. 09/2016-17 by which he has set aside the order dated 4.2.2008 passed by the Collector Banka in Misc. (Jamabandi) Case No. 67/2003-04. Learned counsel for the State submits that the order passed by the Divisional Commissioner can be challenged

Patna High Court CWJC No.2616 of 2018(2) dt.08-02-2023 2/2 before the Bihar Land Tribunal (in short BLT) under the BLT Act.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this writ application is disposed of with a permission to the petitioner to approach the BLT against the impugned order in accordance with law.
