The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant but the victim appeared and made her statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. She disclosed that she voluntarily left her house and solemnized marriage with the petitioner. The doctor has assessed the age of the victim to be about 18 years.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Khizersarai P.S.
